A north Dublin site with planning permission for more than 350 new homes has gone on the market for €18m.

Savills are selling the the 6.75 acre site, located on the Swords Road in Dublin 9, which has planning permission for 358 apartments and 8,708 sq. ft. of commercial accommodation.

Planning permission was granted by An Bord Pleanala in December 2011 for the apartments in five- to seven-storey blocks, as well as for basement parking, outdoor parking, and a creche.

Speaking about the land, Savills spokesman John Swarbrigg said: “This is an exceptionally well-located site, and given the significant scale on offer, it is ideally suited for both the private and rental market upon completion.

"Dublin is still very much in a period of undersupply when it comes to residential property – and apartments in particular – therefore we expect strong demand from investors and developers.”
