It's a slightly chillier morning in Dublin today, but don't worry - because it's going to get warmer.

We're looking at highs of 16C today in the capital, with sunshine expected throughout most of the day.

While it will be slightly colder than the beginning of the week, conditions should still be nice enough to enjoy whatever you've got planned.

A Met Eireann forecaster said: "After a chilly start, today will be fine and dry with good sunny spells. Small amounts of cloud. Highest temperatures 14C to 16C. Moderate northeast breezes."

More of the same is expected tonight, with a calm night ahead of us.

They continued: "Dry and mostly clear tonight. A cool night again in near calm. Minimum temperatures 3C to 5C."

And tomorrow we can expect more pleasant conditions, with temperatures reaching 17C.
