The nice sunshine is set to continue today as temperatures reach 16C.

There will be some cloud mixed in with the sunshine, but temperatures won't dip below 14C throughout the day.

If you're near the coast it will be slightly cooler as breezes come in from the southeast.

A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Dry today, Thursday, with a mix of cloud and sunny spells. Top temperatures of 14C to 16C in light to moderate southeast breezes but a little cooler near the coast."

And tonight the dry conditions will stick around, with cloud increasing overnight. Lowest temperatures will be 6C, but it will be perfect conditions for the Rolling Stones in Croke Park.

They continued: "Dry tonight with varying cloud amounts and clear spells, but cloud will gradually increase overnight. Lows of 6C to 8C in light southerly or variable breezes."
